The mission of the Windsor Freedom Trail is to raise awareness of the trail, share the rich history of its historically significant sites, and provide the community with educational programs and events that celebrate African American history, heritage, and achievements.

Join us with your family and friends for the 3.9-mile Windsor Freedom Trail Run. Explore seven historic sites and learn about Windsor’s African American history and heritage, including sites associated with the Underground Railroad. A bus will accompany the runners. This event is free and open to the public.
